All student positions should be advertised on JobX at this time for eligible students on Work-Study. Please note that non-Work-Study students are not eligible to keep positions they held this summer or last year, the jobs must be advertised again. Please give priority to Work-Study applicants. Jobs will open to non-Work-Study applications on October 1. Please make sure to hire students on JobX *before* scheduling them for work.
INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYERS on the left is required reading for any college employer and will answer many questions and provide links to more detail.
By law, students must complete their mandatory payroll paperwork and be hired officially in JobX before beginning work. Do not employ anyone until they've completed their forms.

- Please advertise your jobs for the fall semester now. Students on financial aid with Work-Study have priority for all positions.
- Minimum wage rose to $10 an hour as of January 1, 2016 and will rise to $11 January 1, 2017.
- Work-Study ends on the last day of exams, 5/6/2016. Summer work dates range from 5/7/2016 to 9/7/2016. 2016-2017 dates are 9/8/2016 through 5/12/2017.
